發電機定子端部絕緣測試儀,是利用表面電位法(又稱電位外移法)檢測發電機定子線棒絕緣缺陷的絕緣測試方法。通過檢測定子端部手包絕緣的密實性及相對絕緣強度。它可以彌補發電機定子繞組交、直流耐壓試驗所發現不了的端部絕緣缺陷的不足。可以發現引線包絕緣不良,線圈鼻端絕緣包扎缺陷,絕緣盒填充泥填充不滿,綁扎滌玻繩固化不良及端部接頭處定子空心銅線焊接質量不良造成的滲透等缺陷。發電機定子線圈端部表面電位測量是一項新的試驗項目,線圈端部起到了監督作用,進一步提高了發電機安全運行的可靠性。

的電壓(ya)分布將發生明顯的變(bian)化,絕緣存在(zai)缺陷(xian)時, Ρρ 減小(xiao),絕緣壓(ya)降(jiang)也(ye)降(jiang)低(di),致使缺陷(xian)部位對(dui)地電壓(ya)增高。

注意事項:

1、錫(xi)(xi)箔紙纏包端(duan)部時(shi),一定要包裹(guo)緊(jin)密,否則錫(xi)(xi)箔紙和(he)絕緣(yuan)表面會構成電容(rong),測量桿接觸時(shi)會有(you)較大的放電電流,造成誤判斷。

2、端部包裹(guo)時分為線棒側(ce)(ce)和引水管側(ce)(ce),間隔(ge)大(da)于(yu)(yu)3厘米,電(dian)位(wei)高時便(bian)于(yu)(yu)查找是哪(na)一側(ce)(ce)的問(wen)題,其實(shi)zui主要的點是根部和錐部,中(zhong)間部位(wei)測量意義不大(da)。

3、測量桿串(chuan)接的微安(an)表(biao)用數字式(shi)微安(an)表(biao),即便于讀數又可電流大時保護表(biao)記。

4、端部接頭(tou)因為(wei)在在機殼下部,不(bu)易測(ce)量,提前用引(yin)(yin)線(xian)引(yin)(yin)出。

5、zui重要(yao)的是(shi)記正確異(yi)常槽號,避免張冠李戴,切記切記!
